Is she DL racist (if you aren’t a target you would be in disbelief but you never truly know someone. They can treat you well but not others)
Does she insert race into your 1:1 conversations when you never do? (that could be surprising and unwelcomed).
She needs a list of your accomplishments (and falsely say that everyone is doing this) to find a way to help your fellow team members outshine you (a tactic to diminish you). Great leadership! Then blast their accomplishments on every appropriate FB group. All while she finds way to further isolate you.
Does she only like to manage people she knows she can control? Idk, if she suspects you are friendly towards someone she is targeting perhaps she looks to see if she can move you to another team.
Will she smile in your face and stab you in the back? Ask someone who has experienced this.
Would she find happiness in the fact that she got your fellow team members to bully you during a meeting intended to embarrass you? Again, speak with someone who went through it.
Will she exploit desperate malleable people to use against people she manages to get them to quit or behave the way she wants them to?
Does she believe black people are inferior? Less intelligent? Exist to check a box? Will she spread rumors to further a narrative that they are ALL unqualified?
Is the best way to deal with her is to make things public while they are happening? Perhaps.
After she has gotten rid of you will she badmouth you to make herself appear to be a victim and them appear to be a horrible person? I would bet on it.
Who at the company are you talking to? Who could be your ally? She will turn them against you or get rid of them.
Would she use you to help someone she deems worthy (another white woman) to help them practice being a manager and then hire someone who shares he same religion, ethnic background and gender to replace you?
Would she have your XFN partners turn against you and gaslight you into believing you are doing actual work when you are doing '“busy work” until she can figure out how to get rid of you without her looking bad?
